Return and Refund Policy

At Delooxi, we take great pride in the quality and authenticity of our fragrances. Every product is crafted and packed with utmost care to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you face any issues with your order, weโ€™re here to help.

Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of perfume and personal care products, returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • You have received a damaged or leaking product.
  • You have received the wrong item or fragrance.
  • The product is defective or missing essential components upon delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) and clear product images are required for verification.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used perfumes, deodorants, or attars.
  • Products purchased during sale or promotional offers.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage by the customer.

3. Return Process

If your product qualifies for a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the item at info@delooxi.com or call +91 97404 52170.
  2. Share your order number, photos of the product and packaging, and a short description of the issue.
  3. Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will guide you through the return process.
  4. Returned products must be shipped back using a reliable courier service with proper packaging.

Please note: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.


4. Refund Policy

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7โ€“10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  • In the case of replacement, the new product will be dispatched once the return is verified.

5. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped.
To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at info@delooxi.com.

Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.


6. Damaged or Missing Products

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incomplete:

  • Do not discard the packaging.
  • Take clear photographs of the damaged items and outer packaging.
  • Email us at info@delooxi.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Our support team will verify the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
