We currently deliver across India, including metro cities, towns, and most pin codes through our trusted delivery partners.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping, but we are working toward expanding our global reach soon.
2. Order Processing Time
- All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed on the next business day.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS confirmation with tracking details.
3. Delivery Time
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location:
- Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
- Other Locations: 4–7 business days
Please note that delivery delays may occur due to external factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
We strive to offer affordable and transparent shipping options:
- Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above a certain value (as specified during checkout).
- A nominal shipping fee may apply to orders below the free shipping threshold.
- All charges (if any) will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
You can use this link to monitor your delivery status in real time.

6. Delivery Policy
- Deliveries will be made to the shipping address provided during checkout.
- Please ensure your address, phone number, and pincode are entered correctly to avoid delays.
- Our delivery partners will make two attempts to deliver your order. In case of missed delivery, the parcel may be returned to us.
- Re-shipment may incur additional charges depending on the situation.
7. Damaged or Missing Products
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Send clear photos of the product and packaging to info@delooxi.com, and our team will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return Policy.
8. Order Cancellations or Modifications
- Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of placing them, provided they have not been shipped.
- Once dispatched, cancellations or address changes will not be possible.
